\n YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear at 8:00am on June 21, 2022 at the Family Court of the Fifth Circuit (Courtroom 1) located at 3970 Kaana Street, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii 96766 to answer to the Petition for Adoption.
\n If you fail to appear at the hearing on that date and time and at the place noted above or if you fail to file a written response to the allegations reflected in the Petition for Adoption, further action may be taken including the granting of the adoption without further notice to you.
\n You are further notified that the child, the adoptive parent, and the natural parent have rights under HRS Section 578-15 regarding the confidentiality of <\/font>adoption records after the children reaches age 18. <\/p>\n
