\nEstate of ADOLF BEFURT, Deceased and the Adolf Befurt Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated July 20, 1991 as amended.<\/p>\n

FILED, Petition of Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative, showing property within the jurisdiction of this Court and asking that ADRIAN W. JEBEF, whose address is c/o Michael D. Scarbo, 4442 Hardy St., Ste. 201, Lihue, HI 96766 be appointed Personal Representative of said estate.<\/p>\n

That TUESDAY, MAY 17, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. before the presiding Judge in Probate at who shall be sitting in probate in his/her courtroom at 3970 Ka`ana Street, Lihu`e, Hawai`i, 96766 be the appointed date, time and place for hearing said petition and all interested persons.<\/p>\n

All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee at the address shown above within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n

Further, all creditors of the trust established by the decedent under a trust agreement dated July 30, 1991, as amended, and known as the Adolf Befurt Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated July 30, 1991 as amended, are hereby notified that ADRIAN W. JEBEF is the Successor Trustee of the Trust, whose address is c/o Michael D. Scarbo, 4442 Hardy St., Ste. 201, Lihue, HI 96766, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n
