\nC 2022-101 COMMUNICATION (05/05/2022) FROM THE MAYOR, SUBMITTING HIS SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET COMMUNICATION FOR FISCAL
\nYEAR 2022-2023 AND PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE BUDGET BILLS, PURSUANT TO SECTION 19.02A OF THE KAUA’I COUNTY CHARTER
