\nFOR THE COUNTY OF KAUA’I
\nFOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2022 TO JUNE 30, 2023<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/p>\n

Pursuant to Section 5A-6.3 of Chapter 5A of the Kaua’i County Code 1987, as amended, the Council is considering fixing the following real property tax rates for the different classes as follows:<\/p>\n

<\/font> Tax Rate
\n<\/b><\/font> (Per $1,000 Net Assessed Valuation)
\n Homestead $ 3.05
\n Residential $ 6.05
\n Vacation Rental $ 9.85
\n Hotel and Resort $10.85
\n Commercial $ 8.10
\n Industrial $ 8.10
\n Agricultural $ 6.75
\n Conservation $ 6.75
\n Residential Investor $ 9.40
\n Commercialized Home Use $ 5.05<\/p>\n

<\/font> The public may submit written testimony to the Council on the rates prior to the June 1, 2022 Council Meeting in the Council Chambers, 4396 Rice Street, Suite 201, Lihu’e, at 8:30 a.m. or soon thereafter, at which time the final rates, subject to further adjustments, will be fixed. Written testimony can be submitted to the Office of the County Clerk, Council Services Division via mail, facsimile, or
\nE-mail to counciltestimony@kauai.gov. <\/p>\n
