Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Mr. & Mrs. John M & Jennifer R.H. Haynie, Hanalei, Kauai have applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years as stated in the variance application from Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) sections 11-62-32, 11-62-33.11(b)(6), 11-62-34(c)(1)(C) and 11-62-34(d)(1)(C).
\n Mr. Peter JK Dahlberg, P.E., Aina Engineers, Inc., Holualoa, Hawaii is the individual authorized to act for the applicant. The variance request is for a proposed individual wastewater system that will be installed on the property that is located at 5-5550 Kuhio Highway, Hanalei, Kauai, Hawaii 96714, TMK (4) 5-6-002: 003.
