FONTEYNE, whose address is c/o Kauai Estate Law, LLLC, 4334 Rice Street, Suite 203, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, seeking a determination that BENJAMIN EDWARD BROTHERS, ALSO KNOWN AS BEN E. BROTHERS, who was last seen or heard from in <\/font>Eleele, Hawaii on March 16, 2022, should be deemed<\/font> to have died on March 16, 2022, and directing the issuance of a certificate of death accordingly.<\/p>\n
