Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested person(s) regarding the following. Mr. Stuart Zimmerman has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-32 of Hawaii Administrative Rules, "Wastewater Systems."
\n<\/font> The variance request is for the continued use of an individual wastewater system at 5389 Kapaka Street, Princeville, Hawaii 96722, and TMK (4) 5-3-008-022:0005.
