\nNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/p>\n

Pursuant to Sections 183-12, HRS, and 195-04, HRS DLNR hereby provides notice of public hearing on Kauai for the proposed additions to Forest Reserves. The hearing will also receive comments on proposed amendments to the NARS rules.<\/p>\n

<\/font>1. Addition of Tax Map Keys (4) 4-4-001:002,
\n (4) 5-4-002:026, (4) 5-6-002:001 to designate as Forest Reserves<\/p>\n

2. Updates to the NARS rules <\/p>\n

<\/font>DLNR will hold the public hearing at 6:00 pm, January 19, 2023, in person at the Purple Heart Conference Room, Kauai Veteran’s Center, 3215 Kapule Hwy, Lihue, HI 96766. <\/p>\n

All interested persons are urged to attend the public hearing to present relevant information and individual opinion for the DLNR to consider. Proposals, maps, online commenting, and instructions for mail-in or
\nin-person comments are available here:
