\n FILED, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named Decedent, who died on November 18, 2022, together with an Application by TIMOTHY R. GEORGES, of 35 Holomakani Drive, Kula, Maui, Hawaii 96790, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters to said TIMOTHY R. GEORGES.
\n<\/font> If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, he/she may file a Petition for Formal Testacy Proceedings within forty (40) days after the date of the first publication of this Notice; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the Estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the Estate, he/she must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to <\/font>Hawai`i Revised Statutes<\/u><\/font> Section 560:3-204.
\n<\/font> This Notice is also made by TIMOTHY R. GEORGES, <\/font>whose address is 35 Holomakani Drive, Kula, Maui, <\/font>Hawaii 96790, Successor Trustee under the Catherine <\/font>A. Adams Self-Trusteed Trust dated July 27, 2006.
\n<\/font> All creditors of the above-named Decedent, her Estate and/or her Trust are hereby notified to present their claims, with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claims are secured by mortgages upon real estate, to said Nominee/Successor Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or they will be forever barred.
