In the Matter of the Dissolution of KAUAI BUILDERS, LTD. (the "Corporation").<\/p>\n

<\/font> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all creditors of KAUAI BUILDERS, LTD., that pursuant to H.R.S. Section 414-<\/font>383 the Corporation was dissolved by unanimous written consent of its Shareholder as allowed by <\/font>H.R.S. Section 414-124, and that the required Articles of Dissolution were properly filed with the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.<\/p>\n

<\/font> All creditors with claims against the Corporation should present their claims to Kauai Builders, Ltd. at 3175 Elua Street, Suite D, Lihue, Hawaii 96766 no later than thirty (30) days from the first date of <\/font>publication of this Notice. All claims not so presented shall be forever barred.<\/p>\n

<\/font> All submitted claims must: (1) describe the information necessary for the Corporation to understand the nature and amount of the claim; and (2) will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after the publication date of the newspaper notice.<\/p>\n
