The Petition of Sangeeta Prakash Shroff for Determination of Death having been filed, it is hereby ORDERED that Thursday, the 6th day of April, 2023, at
\n1:00 p.m., in the courtroom of the Judge who shall be sitting in Probate at the Judiciary Building located at 3970 Kaana Street, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, is the time and place of hearing the petition;
\n That Petitioner gives notice of the hearing in the manner prescribed in Section 560:1 401, Hawaii Revised Statutes to the persons named in paragraph 7 of the petition;
\n That Petitioner gives notice to the missing person at his or her last known address and to all unknown persons and all known persons whose addresses are unknown who have any interest in the matters being litigated by publishing at least once a week for three consecutive weeks a copy thereof in The Garden Island, a newspaper of general circulation in this judicial circuit, the last publication to be at least ten (10) days before the time set for the hearing.
