\n Sections 1 and 2 of the Bill sets forth the estimated revenues of all funds for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 and appropriates funds for expenditures during the same fiscal period as summarized hereinabove.<\/p>\n

Sections 3-14 set forth the procedures relative to these appropriations.<\/p>\n
