Estate of GERALD M. SANCHEZ, Deceased and the Gerald M. Sanchez Revocable Living Trust dated
\nApril 7, 2015.<\/p>\n

All creditors of the trust established by the decedent under a trust agreement dated April 7, 2015, and known as the Gerald M. Sanchez Revocable Living Trust dated April 7, 2015, are hereby notified that SARAH-LEE KANANI RESINTO is the Successor Trustee of the Trust, whose address is c/o Michael D. Scarbo, 4442 Hardy St., Ste. 201, Lihue, HI 96766, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n
