PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Director of Finance or her authorized representative will sell at public auction, each of the following described parcels of real property, all situated within the County
\nof Kauai, Fourth Taxation District, State of Hawaii. Each such parcel is subject to liens for real property taxes. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 5A-5.1 through 5A-5.9, Kauai County Code 1987,
\nas amended, and subject to the provisions of Section 246-55 through 246-63, inclusive, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, each parcel will be sold to the highest bidder for cash, certified check,
\ncashier check, traveler check or money order at a public auction to be held in the Lihue Civic Center, Mo’ikeha Building, Meeting Room 2A-2B, 4444 Rice Street, Lihue, Hawaii on Thursday, May 25,
\n2023 at 9:00 A.M. The entire amount bid is to be paid in full at the time of sale to the Director of Finance, County of Kauai. Persons bidding at the auction as representatives or agents of others will
\nbe required to present duly notarized documents showing such authorization to bid on behalf of such parties as they represent. If you need an ASL Interpreter, materials in an alternate format, or other
\nauxiliary aid support, please contact the Real Property Tax Collections office at (808) 241-4272, at least seven calendar days before the event.<\/p>\n
