Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes, Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested person(s) regarding the following. Mr. Richard Senkus has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-32 of Hawaii Administrative Rules, “Wastewater Systems.”
\n<\/font> Ms. Sarah Broward of Lox Hawaii LLC is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the construction of a new individual wastewater system to be installed at 5299 Kihei Road, Kapaa, Hawaii, 96746 and TMK (4) 4-1-010: 012.
