\nYOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a petition for adoption of the above-identified child born to TYLER CARRICCO and LAUREN PIERCE, the child’s birth parents has been filed in the Family Court of the Fifth Circuit, State of Hawai`i.
\nTHE PETITION ALLEGES that your consent is not required and may be dispensed with pursuant to Hawai`i Revised Statutes Section 578-2(c) as amended.
\nA hearing on the Petition will be held on JUNE 20, 2023, at 9:00A.M. at the Family Court located at 3970 Ka`ana Street, Lihu`e, Hawai`i, in Courtroom Number 1.
