FILED, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent, who died on February 18, 2023, together with an Application by CAMILLE SIRIVATTHA (“Applicant”), whose address is c/o Kauai Estate Law, LLLC, 4334 Rice Street, Suite 203, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters Testamentary to said Applicant.
\n<\/font>
\n<\/font> If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person <\/font>desires further notice concerning the estate, including <\/font>notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204. <\/p>\n
