Filed petition of Erlinda R. Infante, for probate of will and appointment of personal representative for the estate of said decedent who resided within the jurisdiction of this Court, asking that Erlinda R. Infante, whose address is c/o 407 Seaside Ave, Honolulu, HI 96815 be appointed as Personal Representative.
\n Thurs., Aug. 29, 2023, 1:00 pm. before the presiding Judge in Probate at Pu’uhonua Kaulike Bldg., 3970 Ka’ana Street, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, is the appointed date, time and place for hearing said petition and all interested persons.
\n All creditors and interested persons of the above named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee at the address shown above within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
