Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes, Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested person(s) regarding the following. Gregory Yost and Kenneth Barker have applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-31.1(a)(1)(D) of Hawaii Administrative Rules, “Wastewater Systems.”
\n Ms. Sarah Broward, Designer, Lox Hawaii LLC is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the construction of a new individual wastewater system to be installed at 406 Pua Road, Kapaa, Hawaii, 96746 and TMK (4) 4-1-013:028.
