DUESING, as Co-Trustee of the 1994 Duesing Family Trust Agreement dated September 1, 1994, AND ANY SUCH UNKNOWN PERSONS <\/b><\/font>WHO HAS OR CLAIMS TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE ESTATE, LIEN OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY, OR CLOUD ON THE TITLE THERETO, ADVERSE TO PLAINTIFF: A civil Complaint, alleging Judicial Declaration, declaring ownership in the below described real properties to be in the name of the Plaintiff and to Quiet Title in Plaintiff, in the below described real properties, has been filed by the Plaintiff against you for the relief set forth in the Complaint:
\nThe Real Properties, the subject of this instant action are real properties both of which are situated within the County of Nye, State of Nevada, Pahrump Township and described as follows:
\n Vacant Land located at 221 S. Humahuaca Street, Pahrump, Nevada 89048
\n<\/font> APN: 038-222-01,<\/b><\/font> and more specifically
\n described as:
\n<\/font> Lot 26<\/b><\/font> in Block 6 of CALVADA VALLEY UNIT NO. 11, as shown by map thereof recorded February 5, 1974 in the office of the County Recorder of Nye County, under Document No. 40749, Nye County, Nevada records.
\n Excepting therefrom all oil, gas and mineral rights, if any;
\nAND
\n Vacant Land located at 1510 E. Wahkiakum Ave., Pahrump, Nevada 89048
\n<\/font> APN: 038-242-01,<\/b><\/font> and more specifically described as:
\n<\/font> Lot 25<\/b><\/font> in Block 6 of CALVADA VALLEY UNIT NO. 11, as shown by map thereof recorded February 5, 1974 in the office of the County Recorder of Nye County, under Document No. 40749, Nye County, Nevada records.
\n Excepting therefrom all oil, gas and mineral rights, if any.
\n 1. If you intend to defend this lawsuit, within 21 days after this Summons is served on you exclusive of the day of service, you must do the following:
\n (a) File with the Clerk of this Court, whose address is shown below, a formal written response to the Complaint in accordance with the rules of the Court.
\n (b) Serve a copy of your response upon the attorney whose name and address is shown below.
