\nNOTICE TO CREDITORS OF ESTATE AND TRUST<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/p>\n

Estate of DORIS Y. MOMOHARA, Deceased, the Doris Y. Momohara Self-Trusted Trust dated November 21, 1990 as amended and restated and the Stanley S. Momohara Self-Trusted Trust dated November 21, 1990 as amended and restated.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of the abovenamed estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee of the estate at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n

Further, all creditors of the trust established by the decedent under trust agreements dated November 21, 1990, and known as the Doris Y. Momohara Self-Trusted Trust dated November 21, 1990, as amended and restated and the Stanley S. Momohara Self-Trusted Trust dated November 21, 1990 as amended and restated, are hereby notified that DANIEL S. MOMOHARA is the Successor Trustee of the Trusts, whose address is c/o Michael D. Scarbo, 4442 Hardy St., Ste. 201, Lihue, HI 96766, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trusts, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustees, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n
