NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of the above-entitled Court filed September 15, 2023 the Petition for Determination of Heirs of SHIZUNO OKASAKO UEGAWA, deceased, so as to ascertain the rightful heirs to a portion of a real parcel of land situate at TMK (4) 4-6-032-003 , Island and County of Kauai, State of Hawaii, more fully described in said Petition, will be heard on October 24, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. before the presiding Judge in Probate at who shall be sitting in probate in his courtroom at 3970 Ka`ana Street, Lihu`e, Hawai`i, 96766 be the appointed date, time and place for hearing said petition and all interested persons.<\/p>\n
