YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff EZERA KAI MAHUIKI filed a complaint in the Fifth Circuit Court, State of Hawai’i, Civil No. 5CCV-23-0000075, to quiet title to all of that certain parcel of land known as 5-6671 Kuhio Highway in Hanalei, Hawai’i in the County of Kauai’i, State of Hawai’i, and identified by tax map key no. (4) 5-8-006-018.
\n This complaint also seeks to determine the heirs of Jeremiah Mahuiki, Sr. and Leiliwin Kalei Mahuiki.
\n YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Randal G.B. Valenciano in his courtroom at Pu’uhonua Kaulike Building, 3970 Ka’ana Street, Lihue, Hawai’i 96766 on November 30, 2023 at 1:00 p.m., or to file an answer or other pleading with the Court and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s attorney, Matthew Mannisto, whose address is 4265A Halenani Street, Lihue, Hawai’i, 96766.
