Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes, Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested person(s) regarding the following. Ms. Joan Delfino and Ms. Tanya Wendling have applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from sections 11-62-32 and 11-62-34(c)(1)(C) of Hawaii Administrative Rules, “Wastewater Systems.”
\n Mr. Matt Volk of Volk LLC is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the construction of a new individual wastewater system at 5113 Papio Place, Hanalei, Hawaii, 96714 and TMK (4) 5-5-010: 086.
