Notice is hereby given that Robert Jean Prosser (“Decedent”) passed away on January 14, 2024.
\n All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Robert Jean Prosser (“Estate”) or The Robert J. Prosser Trust dated May 26, 1994, as amended (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Michael Empey, whose address is c/o Law Offices of Lucas K. Love, LLLC, P.O. Box 240427, Honolulu, HI 96824, is serving as successor trustee of the Trust.
\n Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Michael Empey, as successor trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n
