The State Commission on Water Resource Management (CWRM) will hold a public hearing to receive testimony on the update to the Kaua’i Water Use and Development Plan (KWUDP), as required under Chapter 174C, Hawaii Revised Statutes. The public hearing will be held in-person and online via Microsoft Teams videoconference.<\/p>\n

A public review draft of the KWUDP is available online on the Kaua’i County Department of Water website: http://kauaiwater.org/kwudp.asp. The public review draft may also be reviewed at the CWRM office at the Kalanimoku Building, Room 227, 1151 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.<\/p>\n

All interested persons are urged to attend the hearing and submit comments,
\norally or in writing. The CWRM will continue to accept written testimony until
\nJune 4, 2024. Testimony should be mailed to the Commission on Water Resource Management, State Department of Land and Natural Resources, PO Box 621, Honolulu, Hawaii 96809, or emailed to dlnr.cwrm@hawaii.gov, or faxed to
