\n FILED, a Petition seeking adjudication that the above-named Decedent died intestate and praying for the issuance of Letters to KAILA N. HALL, whose address is c/o Bickerton Law Group, LLLP, 745 Fort Street, Suite 801, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813.
\n<\/font> The date, time and place for hearing said Petition <\/font>shall be Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. in the courtroom of the Judge of the above-entitled Court who shall be sitting in probate, in Pu’uhonua Kaulike Courthouse, 3970 Ka’ana Street, Lihue, Hawai’i 96766.
\n All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
