\nfor the expenditures during the same fiscal period, as summarized hereinabove. Sections 3-21 set forth the operating procedures relating to these appropriations.
\nDate of Introduction: March 27, 2024.
\nA public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. or soon thereafter, at the Council Chambers, 4396 Rice Street, Suite 201, Lihu’e, Kaua’i, Hawai’i 96766. Any person may
\ntestify at the public hearing, and at any Council and Committee Meeting (at which time any Bill may be amended). Meeting notices and full-text Bills are available at least six (6) days in advance
\nat the Office of the County Clerk, Council Services Division and kauai.gov/Government/Council/Webcast-Meetings. Written testimony may be submitted via counciltestimony@kauai.gov,
