\nNOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE SANDRA L. RICE TRUST
\nDATED JANUARY 12, 2007, AS AMENDED<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/p>\n

All persons having a claim against the Sandra L. Rice Trust dated January 12, 2007, as amended, are hereby notified that Mary Anne Anderson, also known as Mary Ann Anderson, whose address is c/o Kauai Estate Law, LLLC, 4334 Rice Street, Suite 202, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, is the Successor Trustee of the Sandra L. Rice Trust dated January 12, 2007, as amended; and that Sandra L. Rice, also known as Sandra Lynne Rice died on March 31, 2024 in Lihue, County of Kauai, State of Hawaii.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes section 560:3-801(f), all creditors of the Sandra L. Rice Trust dated January 12, 2007, as amended, are hereby notified to present their claims against said trust, if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n
