Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section <\/font>342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested person(s) regarding the following. Mr. Domingo Loero has <\/font>applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-32 of Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) “Wastewater Systems.”
\n Mr. Kevin Fujimoto, Fujimoto Engineering LLC is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the construction of a new individual wastewater system to be installed at Lot 62 <\/font>Lilikoi Place, Lawai, Hawaii, 96756 and TMK (4) <\/font>2-5-011: 062.
