<\/font>FILED a Petition for Appointment of Personal <\/font>Representative regarding the above-named decedent <\/font>who died on October 24, 2023, by BRITTANY <\/font>MURGUIA, showing property within the jurisdiction of this Court, and praying for appointment of Personal <\/font>Representative and issuance of Letters to said <\/font>BRITTANY MURGUIA, whose mailing address is c/o <\/font>O’Connor Playdon Guben & Inouye LLP, Pacific Guardian Center, Mauka Tower, 737 Bishop Street, <\/font>Suite 2340, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
\n That on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. <\/font>before the Honorable Kathleen Watanabe, the Presiding<\/font> <\/font>Judge in Probate in her courtroom at Pu’uhonua <\/font>Kaulike Bldg., Fifth Circuit Court, 3970 Ka’ana Street, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, is appointed the time and place of hearing of said petition and all interested persons.
