<\/font> Zeba Fahid of Encino, California, filed a petition for administration of the estate of the above named decedent alleging intestacy and asking that the Chief Clerk of the Fifth Circuit Court be appointed Personal Representative of said estate.
\n<\/font> Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 1:00 P.M., in the courtroom of the Presiding Judge, in Probate, in the Judiciary Building, in Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, is appointed the time and place for hearing all <\/font>interested persons having objection to said petition or to the granting of the requested statutory allowances and exempt property.
\n<\/font> Any interested person desiring further notice, including notice of the closing and distribution of the estate, must file a demand for notice with the Court under Section 3-204 of the Uniform Probate Code.
\n<\/font> All creditors of the above estate are hereby notified to present their claims as provided in Section 3-804 of the Uniform Probate Code with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, within four (4) months after Sept. 19, 2024, which is the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n
