<\/font> ESTATE OF ALAN E. FAYE, JR. (AKA ALAN FAYE JR, AKA ALAN FAYE, AKA ALAN E. FAYE, AKA ALAN ERIC FAYE), Deceased and the ALAN E. FAYE JR. <\/font>REVOCABLE TRUST dated June 10, 2005 as amended and restated.
\n<\/font> FILED, a document purporting to be the Last Will <\/font>and Testament of the above-named decedent, together <\/font>with a Petition praying for probate thereof and <\/font>issuance of Letters to BARRY DEMUTH, whose address is 3317 Freeman Street, San Diego, California 92106.
\n<\/font> TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., courtroom #4, before the presiding Judge in Probate at 3970 Ka`ana Street, Lihu`e, Hawai`i, 96766, is the appointed date, time and place for hearing said petition and all interested persons.
\n<\/font> All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee at the address shown above within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
\n<\/font> FURTHER, all creditors of the trust established by the deceased, under a trust agreement dated June 10, 2005, as amended and restated, and known as the Alan E. Faye Jr. Revocable Trust dated June 10, 2005 are hereby notified that BARRY DEMUTH is the Successor Trustee of the Trust, whose address is 3317 Freeman Street, San Diego, California 92106 and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copied thereof to the Successor Trustee at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
