ESTATE OF PATRICIA C. CHAFFIN, Deceased, and THE PATRICIA C. CHAFFIN TRUST dated November 20, 2018 as amended. <\/p>\n

<\/font> All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
\n<\/font> Further, all creditors of the trust established by <\/font>the decedent under a trust agreement dated November <\/font>20, 2018 and known as THE PATRICIA C. CHAFFIN TRUST, are hereby notified that SHARI PILARIA and <\/font>KRISTINA RULLER are the Successor Co-Trustees of the Trust, whose address is c/o Michael D. Scarbo, 4463 Pahaee Street, Ste 207, Lihue, HI 96766 and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
