<\/font> PLEASE BE ADVISED that there has been FILED in the Fifth Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, under Case No. 5CLP-25-16, a Petition by SUZANNE LANGE, whose address is c/o Kauai Estate Law, LLLC, 4334 Rice Street, Suite 202, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, seeking a determination that RICHARD JOHN LANGE JR., ALSO KNOWN AS RICK LANGE JR., who was last seen or heard from at Anini Beach, Princeville, Hawaii on November 3, 2024, should be deemed to have died on November 3, 2024, and directing the issuance of a certificate of death accordingly.
