PROPOSED DISPOSITION OF DEPARTMENT OF HAWAIIAN HOME LANDS
\n COMMERCIAL/RESORT MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT
\n41.152 ACRE PARCEL IN WAILUA, KAUA’I; TMK NO. (4) 3-9-006:009<\/p>\n

NOTICE TO ALL PROSPECTIVE APPLICANTS
\nAMENDMENT TO THE LEGAL NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSITION<\/p>\n

<\/b><\/font><\/p>\n

The chronological list of important dates for the proposed disposition, as published in the Honolulu Star Advertiser and the Garden Isle print editions on November 20, 27, and December 4, 2024, shall be extended and updated as follows:<\/p>\n

<\/font> A. Deadline for receipt of complete submission packages at 4:00 pm, on Friday, April 25, 2025
\n DHHL’s Oahu Office
\n<\/font> B. Deadline for DHHL to conduct its initial review of items 1 and 2 Monday, May 5, 2025
\n of the submission packages to determine which applicants are
\n minimally qualified
\n<\/font> C. Date on which DHHL will open the sealed envelopes of the Friday, May 9, 2025
\n<\/font> minimally qualified applicants.
\n<\/font> D. Deadline for DHHL to review, score and rank the entire Monday, June 23, 2025
\n submission packages of the minimally qualified applicants
\n<\/font> (if there are 2 or more minimally qualified applicants) and to notify
\n<\/font> the applicant with the highest-ranking submission package of their
\n selection for negotiation
\n E. Deadline for DHHL and the initial applicant selected for negotiation 60 days from selection
\n to agree upon final terms of a PDA and GL and to execute and
\n<\/font> deliver the PDA
\n<\/font> F. Period for DHHL and subsequent applicants selected for 60 days from selection
\n<\/font> negotiation to agree upon final terms of a PDA and GL and to
\n<\/font> execute and deliver the PDA
\n G. Due diligence period under the PDA within which DHHL and 120 days from the effective date of
\n the developer opting to proceed with the Project shall execute of the PDA
\n<\/font> and deliver the GL <\/p>\n

<\/font>This Addendum is hereby made a part of the Legal Notice; Proposed Disposition of Hawaiian Home Lands; 41.152 acre Parcel in Wailua, Kaua’i; TMK No. (4) 3-9-006:009.<\/p>\n
