Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested person(s) regarding the following. Ms. Sarah Dooley, Mr. Adam Dooley, Mr. Aaron Swink and Ms. Kara Swink have applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-31.1(a)(1)(A) of Hawaii Administrative Rules “Wastewater Systems.”
\n The variance request is a renewal of Variance Application WW 389 for the continued use of the individual wastewater system at 5293 Kawaihau Road, Kapaa, Hawaii, 96746 and TMK: (4) 4-6-023: 020.
