<\/font> <\/font>ESTATE OF JAYLENE SUE BONHAM-LANE, also <\/font>known as Jaylene Bonham, Deceased.<\/p>\n

FILED, Petition of JOELLE LAKE, alleging intestacy <\/font>of said decedent, showing property within the <\/font>jurisdiction of this Court and asking that JOELLE LAKE, whose address is c/o Kauai Estate Law, LLLC, 4334 <\/font>Rice Street, Suite 202, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, be <\/font>appointed Personal Representative of such estate.<\/p>\n

The appointed date, time and place for hearing of said Petition and all interested persons is Thursday, <\/font>April 24, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. before the Honorable <\/font>Randal G.B. Valenciano, presiding Judge in Probate, in his Courtroom No. 4, located at the Pu’uhonua Kaulike Building, 3970 Ka’ana Street, Lihu’e, Hawaii 96766.<\/p>\n

All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or <\/font>duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said <\/font>nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n
