Estate of EVELYN E. ALLEN, Deceased and the William C. Allen and Evelyn E. Allen Family Trust dated January 21, 1993.<\/p>\n

<\/font> All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to RUTH ALLEN ALULI, whose address is c/o Michael D. Scarbo, 4463 Pahee St, Ste 207, Lihue, HI 96766 <\/font>within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n

<\/font> Further, all creditors of the trust established by the decedent under a trust agreement dated January 21, 1993, and known as the William C. Allen and Evelyn E. Allen Family Trust dated January 21, 1993, aka the William C. Allen and Evelyn E. Allen Family Survivor’s Trust dated January 21, 1993, aka the William C. Allen and Evelyn E. Allen Family Bypass Trust dated January 21, 1993 are hereby notified that RUTH ALLEN ALULI is the Successor Trustee of the Trusts, whose address is c/o Michael D. Scarbo, 4463 Pahee St, Ste 207, Lihue, HI 96766, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trusts, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n
