FILED, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent, who died on November 10, 2024, together with a Petition by CLAUDIA KAHLE, whose address is c/o Kauai Estate Law, 4334 Rice Street, Ste. 202, Lihue, HI, 96766, praying for formal probate and issuance of Letters Testamentary to said CLAUDIA KAHLE. <\/p>\n

Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 1:00 PM before the honorable Kathleen N.A. Watanabe, the presiding Judge in Probate at 3970 Ka’ana Street, Lihu’e, Hawai’i, 96766, Courtroom 6, is the appointed date, time and place for hearing said petition and all interested persons.<\/p>\n
