\nREQUEST FOR SURFACE WATER QUALITY DATA
\nFOR THE 2026 INTEGRATED REPORT<\/p>\n

<\/b><\/font><\/p>\n

Under §303(d) and §305(b) of the Federal Clean Water Act, the State of Hawaii Department of Health (HIDOH) Clean Water Branch (CWB) requests water quality data for consideration in the current listing cycle for the 2026 Integrated Report. Any persons/organizations/agencies that have data and information on the quality of State waters in Hawaii from <\/font>October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2025<\/b><\/font> are encouraged to submit these documents. Documents should include contact information for the person(s), organization(s), or agency responsible for the data collection and be submitted to the HIDOH CWB no later than <\/font>October 1, 2025.<\/b><\/font> Any data received after this date will be considered during the next listing cycle for the 2028 Integrated Report. Data submittal criteria/instructions can be found on the CWB website at: <\/font>https://health.hawaii.gov/cwb/files/2025/07/Data-Acceptance-Criteria-revised-070825-final.pdf<\/u><\/font>.
