<\/font>DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY:<\/u><\/font> Offered for sale is the fee simple interest in a 1,826 sq. ft. single-family residence with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached garage, located on a 9,984 sq. ft. lot.<\/p>\n

<\/font>TERMS OF SALE:<\/u><\/font> Property sold in "AS IS" condition <\/font>without any representations or warranties whatsoever<\/font> as to title or possession and by way of quitclaim conveyance to the highest bidder, at public auction without an upset price. Bidders must provide proof of ability to comply with 10% down payment requirement prior to the opening of the bidding.
