YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Taxation Board of Review <\/font>will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter “HRS”) Chapters 91 and 232 on the Notice of Appeal dated July 23, 2019, submitted by you, appealing the assessment of general excise tax for the tax years ending from December 31, 2009 to December 31, 2011. The statutes involved are HRS §§ 237-3, 237-6, 237-7, 237-13(3), 237-13(6), 237-20, 231-36.6, 231-39(b)(1), 231-39(b)(2)(A), 231-39(b)(4), and 231-40.5(a).<\/p>\n

<\/font>The HEARING will be conducted on October 1, 2025, <\/font>at 11:00 a.m. virtually, either by ZOOM or teleconference.<\/p>\n
