\n NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of <\/font>a public hearing and an opportunity for public testimony<\/b><\/font> from all interested persons to be held by the Kaua’i Planning Commission pursuant to the provisions of Kauai County Code, Chapter 8, as amended, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Chapter 92 and 91, and the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the County of Kauai Planning Commission. The hearing will be held regarding the following: <\/p>\n

<\/font>COUNTY ZONING AMENDMENT (ZA-2026-2)<\/b><\/u><\/font> <\/p>\n

<\/font>Request:<\/u><\/font> A petition for a bill to amend Ordinance No. PM-2001-356 as amended in part by Ordinance No. PM-2006-385 to rezone approximately 171.72 acres of real property situated at Kapalawai, Makaweli, Island of Kaua’i, State of Hawai’i, identified by Kaua’i Tax Map Key (4) 1-7-005:001 to the designations that existed prior to Ordinance No. PM-2001-356, as amended.<\/p>\n

<\/font>Subject Property:<\/u><\/font> Waimea, Kaua’i. Approximately 171.72 acres of real property situated at Kapalawai, Makaweli, Island of Kaua’i, State of Hawai’i, identified by Kaua’i Tax Map Key (4) 1-7-005:001<\/p>\n
