{"id":6360,"date":"2025-12-07T17:15:04","date_gmt":"2025-12-08T03:15:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hawaii.carpentermediagroup.com\/tgiclassifieds\/state-legals-public-notices\/legal-notices-state-legals-public-notices-2\/0001512868-01\/"},"modified":"2025-12-07T17:15:04","modified_gmt":"2025-12-08T03:15:04","slug":"0001512868-01","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hawaii.carpentermediagroup.com\/tgiclassifieds\/state-legals-public-notices\/legal-notices-state-legals-public-notices-2\/0001512868-01\/","title":{"rendered":"0001512868-01"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"center\">\n<font face=\"FranklinGothic-MedCnd\" size=\"2\" color=\"#000000\">Department of Taxation<\/p>\n<p>Notice of Adoption of Temporary Administrative Rules<\/p>\n<p><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font size=\"2\" color=\"#000000\"> Pursuant to Section 231-10.7, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), the Director of Taxation of the State of Hawaii has adopted <\/font><font size=\"2\" color=\"#000000\"><b>Temporary Rules Relating to Apportionment and Allocation of Income from Cruise Fares<\/b><\/font><font size=\"2\" color=\"#000000\"> which has been approved by the Governor, and which have the same force and effect as any other administrative rule.<\/p>\n<p><\/font><font size=\"2\" color=\"#000000\"> The temporary rules serve two purposes relating to administration of the general excise tax (GET).
