YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT Plaintiff ROUBEN J. BUYAT has filed an action against you in the above-entitled Court wherein they pray for judgment against you as described in the <\/font>Complaint<\/i><\/font>, filed on June 4, 2025, and as follows:<\/p>\n

A) An award of special damages in an amount to be shown at trial;
\n B) An award of general damages in an amount to be shown at trial;
\n C) An award of pre-judgment and post-judgment interest;
