\n<\/font> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of an <\/font>agency hearing with a public hearing and an opportunity for public testimony<\/b><\/font> from all interested persons to be held by the Kaua’i Planning Commission pursuant to the provisions of Special Management Area Rules, Kauai County Code, Chapter 8, as amended, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Chapter 92 and 91, and the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the County of Kauai Planning Commission. The hearing will be held regarding the following:
\n<\/font> AMENDMENT TO SPECIAL MANAGEMENT AREA USE PERMIT (SMA(U)-89-4), CLASS IV ZONING PERMIT Z-IV-89-14,<\/b><\/font> and USE PERMIT U-89-14 to allow construction of a multi-family residential structure containing six (6) residential units, event pavilion, parking garage, and associated site improvements <\/font>on parcels associated with the resort facility situated at the terminus of Ka Haku <\/font>Road in Princeville, further identified as 5520 Ka Haku Road, Tax Map Keys: 5-4-004:029, 035; 5-4-011:004, containing a total area of 23,139 acres.<\/p>\n
