\nNOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE WINTER-BASKO FAMILY TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 26, 2010<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/p>\n

All persons having a claim against the WINTER-BASKO FAMILY TRUST dated February 26, 2010, including claims against IHOR JOHN BASKO, as settlor of such trust, and/or against his estate, are hereby notified that Jane J. Winter, also known as Jane Jousseaume Winter, whose address is c/o Kauai Estate Law, LLLC, 4334 Rice Street, Suite 202, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, is the currently-serving Trustee of the WINTER-BASKO FAMILY TRUST dated February 26, 2010, and that Ihor John Basko, who was domiciled in the County of Kauai, State of Hawaii, died on February 14, 2026.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes section 560:3-801, all creditors of the WINTER-BASKO FAMILY TRUST dated February 26, 2010, and/or of the Estate of Ihor John Basko, are hereby notified to present their claims against said trust and/or estate, to the Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or such claims will be forever barred.<\/p>\n
