YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Taxation Board of Review <\/font>will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter “HRS") Chapters 91 <\/font>and 232 on the Notice of Appeal dated July 8, 2025, <\/font>submitted by you, appealing the assessment of general excise tax and county surcharge, for the tax years ending from December 31, 2020 to December 31, 2023. The statutes involved are HRS §§ 232-7(d), 91-10(5), 237-4(a)(10)(A)(i), 237-13(6)(b)(ii), 237-9.3(a), 237-9.3(c), 231-39(b)(1), 231-39(b)(2)(A), and 231-39(b)(4).<\/p>\n

<\/font>The HEARING will be conducted on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. virtually, either by <\/font>ZOOM or by teleconference.<\/p>\n
