Pauline M. Brown, of Kapaa, Kauai, Hawaii, died in Lihue, Hawaii, on March 30, 2018. All persons having a claim against Pauline M. Brown, her estate, and/or the Pauline M. Brown Living Trust, dated April 3, 1992, and Restated January 7, 2011, as amended, are hereby notified that GERALD B. WHEATON is the Trustee of the said Pauline M. Brown Living Trust, as restated and amended. <\/p>\n

All claims should be sent to Gerald B. Wheaton, at 7037 Pomaikai Street, Kapaa, HI 96746.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to §560:3-801, Hawaii Revised Statutes, all creditors of said Pauline M. Brown, her estate, and/or the Pauline M. Brown Living Trust, dated April 3, 1992, and Restated January 7, 2011, as amended, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee of the said trust at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n
